About
I build and run businesses in real estate and automotive, with a growing focus on technology.
Building businesses. Developing relationships. Creating long-term value.

In my own words
I'm an entrepreneur and business owner with interests spanning real estate, automotive, technology, AI and automation.
I began my real estate career in 2010 and today serve as President and Broker of Record of AAA Realty Inc., working across residential and commercial real estate and brokerage operations.
I have also expanded into the automotive industry through AAA Auto Store, and continue to pursue my long-standing interest in programming, technology and business automation.
My focus is on building businesses, developing strong relationships, improving operations through technology, and identifying opportunities that can create sustainable long-term value.
I'm always interested in connecting with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners and professionals exploring new opportunities.

President & Broker of Record
AAA Realty Inc. — Ontario
The path
How it came together.
Not a plan drawn up in advance. Three businesses that grew out of each other.
Entered real estate
Began a career in the Greater Toronto Area market, working directly with buyers and sellers.
Became a licensed broker
Deepened the technical and regulatory side of the business, moving toward brokerage leadership.
Founded AAA Realty Inc.
Built a modern, relationship-driven brokerage serving residential and commercial clients across the GTA.
Expanded into automotive
Launched AAA Auto Store, a pre-owned vehicle dealership focused on transparency and efficient operations.
Technology, AI & automation
Applying a programming background to practical AI and automation across the businesses I own and advise.
How I work
Four things I have stopped compromising on.
Relationships outlast transactions
Every business I own runs on the same premise — the person across the table should still want to work with you in ten years.
Systems beat effort
If a process depends on someone remembering to do it, it is not a process. It is a hope.
Claims should match what you can show
I would rather under-promise and demonstrate than describe a capability I cannot put in front of you.
Own the unglamorous parts
Compliance, follow-up, the paperwork nobody enjoys. That is where most businesses actually lose.
Investments & New Ventures
Where the three pillars meet.
Investments and new ventures are where the pillars compound. Real estate taught me to underwrite, automotive taught me to operate, and technology changed how I think about leverage.
I am interested in exploring investments, partnerships and new businesses where my experience, relationships and interest in innovation can create long-term value.
